Promise of a Collaborative Review Process
Avodah was told the review would be a collaborative process in which the archdiocese would give guidance and input on any areas of change. The cost of the review was meant to be equally shared by the archdiocese and Avodah. Avodah gave significant effort to the process by proactively submitting a 96-page document that addressed each concern. When asked why we did not receive the final report from the review in August, we were later told that the final report was part of a separate review rather than the one which began in April and continued in May.
