Expanding resources for survivors of sex-trafficking by strategically partnering with leaders to elevate their ability to provide Christ-centered care

The Rescue after the Rescue

Sex-trafficking is a multi-billion-dollar industry depriving hundreds of thousands of innocent lives of their freedom and God-given dignity.

Even after their rescue from trafficking, victims suffer from deep-seeded trauma that often convinces them to go back into trafficking out of a fear and insecurity that there is nothing better for them. Avodah seeks to break this cycle by working with expert strategic partners to provide healing and restoration for survivors and their children.

Denver Campus

The Avodah Denver Campus is the first of its kind, bringing together multiple anti-trafficking organizations to serve survivors collaboratively.

Direct care for survivors, as well as staff housing and training are part of the multi-home site. Direct care programming is supported by community engagement in life-skills classes, time on the campus farm, and trade skills in the Avodah Oratory makers’ space.

To solve the national shortage of direct-care staff, we are launching a rotational training program that equips those who feel called to serve with the skills needed to care for the most vulnerable.

Collective Impact

The fight within human trafficking is too great for any organization to tackle alone. Because of this, Avodah strategically partners with industry leading organizations to unite the anti-trafficking field to maximize the healing and restoration of survivors. This alliance focuses its resources on strengthening organizations who serve survivors to help them achieve their goals of greater impact.
